Hi there,i got my parcel yesterday and it was perfect and i never imagined the packaging would be excellent and so fast.However the delivery man did leave my parcel on the wrong address, that was very stressful because i thought it was lost but apart from that it was great.
We're glad you were pleased with our service. Sometimes, if there is no one in at the delivery address, our courier will deliver to a neighbour - so that you don't have to collect from the Post Office. We have passed on your feedback to ensure that delivery address is provided with 'while you were out' card.
