This zesty sweet and sour citrus pork noodle dish is an easy and quick dinner ready in 20 minutes.

  • 450g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 5cm Ginger
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 600g Mixed vegetable stir fry
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • Juice and zest of one orange
  1. Grate the ginger, crush the garlic.
  2. Mix the honey, soy sauce, orange juice and zest.
  3. Cut the pork into strips, heat 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and stir fry the meat for 8–10 minutes over a high heat, remove to one side and keep warm.
  4. Heat the remaining oil and add the garlic and ginger, stir fry for 1 min.
  5. Now add the remaining ingredients and pork to warm through, stir fry for 1–2 mins.

Serve with freshly cooked noodles.
