Many of you have been coming in store to ask when the restaurant upstairs is opening. We are pleased to announce that Water Sky Chinese Restaurant, Bristol is now open for business! We would like to congratulate Water Sky on their new business and wish them success and prosperity for the future.

On Saturday 11th August 2007 the newest and most luxurious addition to Bristol’s Chinese restaurant scene opened to a grand fanfare. Guests were treated to traditional lion dances and speeches from the owners and the Lord Mayor.

Water Sky Bristol is able to accommodate over 400 diners in extravagant surroundings, serving exceptional, authentic Chinese food. Even more people may be seated in the covered roof terrace area for al fresco dining in style; perfect for long, lazy mornings enjoying dim sum washed down with copious cups of tea.
