Hi there,i got my parcel yesterday and it was perfect and i never imagined the packaging would be excellent and so fast.However the delivery man did leave my parcel on the wrong address, that was very stressful because i thought it was lost but apart from that it was great.

Sometimes, if there is no one in at the delivery address, our courier will deliver to a neighbour - so that you don’t have to collect from the Post Office. We have passed on your feedback to ensure that delivery address is provided with ‘while you were out’ card.
