Using only tea leaves from Shizuoka, the renowned prefecture for high-quality tea production in Japan, Chaju crafts a special blend of Tsuyuhikari and Yabukita, offering the unique balance of a gentle sweet note and a hint of bitterness.

Made from sun-grown tea leaves from Shizuoka, the renowned Japanese prefecture for deep-steamed sencha, Chaju's Sencha brings out a well-rounded taste with a gentle sweet note from its longer steaming process than normal sencha.

Preparation: Pour 200ml hot/cold water and steep for at least 30 seconds.
