My parcel is damaged! What do I do?

If the parcel you ordered from does not arrive in the state that we sent it, you must specifically sign for it as ‘damaged’ or ‘opened’ etc. ‘Unchecked’ will not be accepted as a valid status.

Take photographs of the damaged parcel and email them to us, with your order number and courier consignment reference at


We kindly request that you keep the parcel and the contents in the same state that you received it so that it may be inspected by the courier’s claims agent.
