What is your returns policy?
For offline purchases – We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on goods returned in original condition within 28 days with proof of purchase. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged or faulty. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange without proof of purchase.
For online purchases – If you have purchased goods from our online store, please note that goods cannot be returned in-store. Returns must adhere to our returns policy for online transactions.
