Description:Uncle Barns' Karaage Breader Mix
Karaage Flour

1. Prepare all ingredients as following ratio Karaage flour 1½ cup: cool water 1 cup. Bite-sized chicken thigh 1kg.
2. Mix Karaage flour well with water. Put the chicken into the batter mix, mix well and leave the mixture at least 15 minutes. Heat up the oil while marinade the chicken until temperature around 170-180C.
3. After 15 minutes. Fried the chicken piece by piece in hot oil until core temperature >75C, frying time around 5-6 minutes depend on chicken size. Take out and remove excess oil on the paper. Serving while hot.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour (Gluten) (33.48%), Corn Starch (20%), Modified Tapioca Starch (E1412) (15%), Glutinous Rice Flour (10%), Sugar (5%), Spices (Ginger, Onion, Pepper, Garlic) (5%), Iodised Salt (4%), Raised Agent (E450i, E500ii, E341i) (4%), Yeast Extract (2%), Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean) (1%), Dextrose (0.50%), Natural Colour (E160c) (0.02%).
