Cooking Directions
4 easy steps
1. Prepare the chicken and soak it in milk for 30 minutes. The milk helps make the chicken juicy and tender.
2. Mix 200g of chicken fry mix with 340ml of cold water. Dip the chicken into the batter.
3. Coating the chicken by rolling it in the Chicken Fry mix powder.
4. Deep fry battered chicken at 170C for 10 to 11 minutes.

Storage and handling: Store in shade cool temperature. Once opened, it is better to store in refrigerator.
