Torto Pure Gelatine offers simplicity, ease of use and less time in the kitchen when preparing desserts, confectionary, dairy products and aspic such as pate.

1. Prepare the amount of hot liquid mixture into a pot or container.
2. Prepare Torto Pure Gelatine as required in the recipe and add to hot liquid.
3. Briskly mix gelatine into hot liquid.
4. Allow to cool, pour into moulds and chill in refrigerator to set.

Note: For a firmer gel consistency, add extra gelatine to the liquid.

Pumpkin Pudding (Serves 8)
Ingredients: Torto Pumpkin Powder (4 Sachets, 160g), Gelatine Powder 50g, Coconut Milk 600ml, Sugar 160g, Hot Water 900ml.

1. Dissolve and mix gelatin in 500ml hot water, set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, dissolve pumpkin powder (160g), in 400ml hot water.
3. Add sugar into pumpkin paste and mix.
4. Add gelatin mixture and mix.
5. Add coconut milk and mix well.
6. Pour into cup or bowl and set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours then serve.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
