Description:Kobe Seasoned Flour For Crispy Fried Chicken (Tepung Kentucky Original)

Preparation: Cut 500g chicken into pieces and season the chicken with Kentucky seasoning mix and let rest for 30 minutes or let it overnight in the refrigerator. Make a batter using 1 tbsp of dry flour with 6 tbsps of water. Cover the chicken pieces evenly with the batter and coat the battered chicken with the rest of the dry flour mix while pressing the flour onto the chicken. Deep fry in hot oil over medium heat until done and crispy golden brown.

This product can contain traces of soy, milk, celery, crustacean.
