Making dumpling skin is very simple. All you need is....
Dumpling Flour, Water, Salt.

Step 1: Mix everything together and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Hint: Pour water little by little to prevent pouring too much water. Water should not exceed 1 cup.
Step 2: Knead the dough until it is non-sticky, smooth and elastic.
Step 3. Divide the dough to smaller pieced and flatten them to thin circles.

You can put anything you like for fillings. Be creative!
