Ideal for coating vegetables, prawns & other seafood for light & crispy tempura.

Instructions for use:
1. Prepare ingredients (such as chicken, prawns, vegetables).
2. Mix the tempura batter with ice-cold water (batter : water ratio = 1 : 1.5). Do not over mix. Dip the ingredients into the mixed batter.
3. Deep fry with cooking oil at 170C-180C until cooked through.

This product may contain milk, egg and soy.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
