Ideal for making fried chicken, fried oyster, deep-fried vegetable, banana, crab, shrimp etc.

Tempura Rice Flour (Crispy Fried Flour
Tempura Rice Flour "Erawan Brand" 125g
Cold Water 1/2 cup (120ml)
Coconut Milk or Unsweet Evaporated Milk (plain water is accepted) 1/4 cup (60ml)

Directions: Combine all ingredients will well mixed. Coat any kind of meats or vegetable with the mixed flour and deep fry in hot oil until turning golden brown.

Tips: If desire more fluffy and crispy, adding 2 teaspoons baking soda to the mixed flour and using at once after mixed.
Ingredients:Rice Flour (60%), Glutinous Rice Flour (25%), Tapioca Starch (5%), Sugar (7%), Salt (3%).
