Description:Fovo Hong Five-Spices Mixed Spices for Eggs

Braised Eggs Instructions (1 packet can make 15-20 eggs, also suitable for braise quail eggs):
1, Wash the eggs and boil in water for about 5 minutes, then cool in cold water.
2. Once cooled, gently crack the eggshells to allow the flavours to penetrate.
3. Add water, eggs, spice pack, salt, cooking oil, and dark soy sauce to the pot and stir well. Then optionally add tea leaves such as Pu-erh or black tea according to your preference.
4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the eggs in the seasoning broth for about 2 hours . For stronger flavour, leave them longer. Ready to servel.

Ready to cook, consume soon after opening.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and well ventilated place.
