Description:Rajah Ground Ginger is obtained by drying and powdering fresh ginger root.

Store in a cool dry place.
We recommend that this product be put into an airtight container as soon as the sachet is opened.

Recipe Suggestion: Fish Mollee
Ingredients for 4 servings: 3 tbsp warm milk, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 large onion - chopped, 1 garlic clove - finely chopped, 2 tbsp mustard or sunflower oil, 2 oz creamed coconut, 1½ lb white fish - skinned and boned, 2 green chillies - chopped, salt, lemon juice, ½ tsp ground ginger, ½ tsp turmeric, 2 black peppercorns, ¼ tsp saffron strands.

Method: Soak spices in warm milk and vinegar for 30 minutes. Fry onion and garlic until golden brown. Add spices and stir fry creamed coconut with a little water. When hot add fish with chillies and cook until fish is tender - 10/15 minutes. To keep sauce fluid add a little water. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
