Paprika has a full aromatic flavour making it popular for an array of dishes from around the globe. It is principally used to season and colour rice, stews, curries and soups.

Chicken Reshmi Kebab (Serves 5)
½ kg chicken mince
1 tbsp KTC Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 onion, diced
½ tsp cruched black pepper
⅓ tsp crushed green cardamom seeds
½ KTC Cumin Powder
&frac13 KTC Paprika Powder
&frac13 cinnamon Powder
1-3 tbsp double cream
2-3 tbsp yoghurt
1 pinch baking powder
5-6 finely chopped green chillies
2-3 tbsp KTC Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Place the mince, ginger & garlic paste, onion, black pepper, cardamom seeds, cumin powder, paprika, cream, yoghurt, baking pwoder, chillies and salt into a food processor and mix until you're left with a fine mince.
2. Now grease your hands with oil, make balls out of the mince and put on skewers and shape like a kebab.
3. Cook on coals, or bake in the oven or fry in a pan until golden and cooked through. Serve with roti and salad.

Once opened store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Use within 6 months of opening.

Produced in a factory that handles nuts, wheat (gluten), celery, mustard, sesame seeds and soya.
