Recipe Suggestion: Tandoori Chicken
Skin an average size chicken and cut into 4-5 pieces. Make 2 or 3 deep cuts in each piece. Mix 1 generous tbsp of Rajah Tandoori Masala with 2 cups of natural yoghurt. Soak the chicken pieces in the yoghurt mixture overnight. Remove the chicken pieces from the mixture and drain the excess. Wrap the pieces in tin foil and palce in a pree-heated over (375°C / Gas Mark 5) and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the foil, drain and palce under a high grill, turning the pieces until they become evenly browned.
Usage rate: Maximum 1 tbsp for each average serving of dish.
Ingredients:Coriander, Salt, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Ginger, Clover, Garlic, Bay LEaf, Nutmeg, Celery, Colouring (E124), E102, Spice Extract, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid.
