Cinnamon Lamb (Serves 4):
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut 500g lean lamb into 1/2 inch cubes. Marinade in 2 tbsp vinegar,1 tsp chilli powder and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder for up to 4 hours in the fridge
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 sliced onion, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp ginger powder for 1 minute. Add lamb and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 300 ml water, 2 inch piece cassia bark, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar
3. Simmer for 20 minutes until gravy is thick and lamb is tender. Ensure meat is fully cooked before serving

Store in a cool dry place. We recommend that this product be put into an airtight container as soon as the packet is opened.
