Description:HXY Brand Seasoning

Instruction:
Use for stewing beef and mutton. Put the spices bag (with the paper bag), dark soya sauce and cooking wine in a sauce pan with 300ml water, bring to a boil. Put in beef or mutton, use high heat and bring to a boil again, then simmer for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Season with light soy sauce.

Allergen Advice: May contain Wheat, Gluten, Soya.

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, use within 1 month.

Ingredients:Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Cumin, Ginger, Angelica, Szechuan Peppercorn, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Galangal, White Pepper, Cloves, Licorice, Cardamom, Salt, Seasoning, Spices.
