Description:Whole Red Chilli

Each Heera whole red chilli is sun dried from the finest handpicked fresh chillies available. Whole chilli is an integral ingredient in a variety of dishes including Sambhar, Madras Curry, plus many more. To rehydrated these chillies lightly roast them for 3 min then place in a bowl. Pour over slightly cooled boiled water to just about cover them. Gently press the chillies down under the water for 2 min. Rehydrated chillies can be chopped or cut into strips and added to soups, stews, salads and salsas. They can also be added to oil and vinegar to create a spicy dressing.

Once opened we recommend transfer of product to an airtight container.
Store in a cool dry place away from strong flavours
