A special blend of Asian spices based on our famous recipe comes together for a spicier version of Philippine-style barbecue.

Barbecue Recipe: (Makes 10 Barbecue Sticks):
Ingredients:
1 pouch (50g) Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix
1.1 lb (1/2 kg) meat cutlets
10 pcs barbecue sticks
Cooking Instructions:
1. In a bowl, sprinkle 1 pouch Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix over meat
2. Mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour
3. Thread meat onto skewers. Grill
4. Or pan-fry marinated meat cutlets in a little oil until done

Store in a cool dry place.
