Description:Bai Jia Condiment For Sweet & Sour Ribs Dish

Serving Instruction:
1. Prepare 500g pork rib, put the pork rib with ginger, shallot and seasoning wine in the pot and boiling for around 7 mins.
2. Add 40g oil in the pan and heat it up, then add the pork rib and stir fry for 1 minutes, then add water above the pork rib, add the sweet and sour sauce stir fry till it's dry.
3. Properly add vinegar according to the personal favourite.
