Description:Chuanwazi Five Spice Mix For Braising

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pot, add rock sugar to cook until melted and colour turned dark.
2. Add 3l of water, ginger, garlic, sectioned spring onion, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, chicken seasoning and Five Spice Mix. Bring to the boil.
3. Add selected ingredients in pot, bring to the boil and turn to low heat to cook for further 30 minutes.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Five Spice Mix (Star Anise, Fennel, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon) (84.2%), Red Chilli, Sichuan Pepper, Tangerine Peel, Lemongrass, Black Pepper.
