Description:Seasoning For Sichuan Dish - Hot Fish Flavour

Cooking Instruction:
1. Gut and clean 1000g fish and slice meat into pieces, salted and put into the bowl.
2. Add about 30g cooking wine or 15g liquid together with powder sachet into the bowl and mixed with fish meat about 10 minutes. Properly prepare some vegetables.
3. Boil 700g water or soup into the pot together with sauce sachet, put the fish meat into the pot and cooked 2 minutes. Then put the fish and soup into the bowl with vegetables.
4. At last heat about 150g oil to 90 degrees, pour the oil onto the dish then serve the dish.

Warm Prompt:
1. Properly add the seasonings according to personal favourite.
2. It's ok if chilli or spice particles found.
3. Do not eat if the package damaged.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.
