Description:Lobo Gochujang Hot Wing Glaze Mix

Hot to Fry Chicken Wings
1. Dredge 1kg chicken wings in 1 packet Lobo Tempura Batter Mix (dry coating).
2. Mix another packet Lobo Tempura Batter Mix with 1 cup (240ml) cold water and stir well. Dip the chicken in.
3. Deep fry in 175C oil for 10-12 minutes.

How to Make Gochujang Hot Wings
1. Empty the contents of this packet in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) hot water.
2. Stir vigorously until well combined.
3. Coat chicken in Gochujang Hot Wing Glaze until thoroughly covered and serve.

Consume after mixing

Store in a cool dry place.
