1. Wash one whole Chinese Cabbage (about 400g), cut in half (lengthwise) and drain. Wash 50g carrot and 50g green onions, cut in stripes.
2. Gradually rub seasoning into each cabbage leaf. Add carrot and green onion in between.
3. After blending, transfer kimchi into a suitable container, seal and leave at room temperature for 1 night.
4. Keep in a refrigerator for another 2 nights. Ready to serve.

Store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:Sugar, Salt, Spices (Chilli, Ginger, Garlic), Acidity Regulators (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Lactic Acid, Malic Acid), Dried Shrimp, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Kimchi Flavour.
