Description:Claypot Klang Bakuteh Traditional Herbal Broth
Sup Herba Tradisional

Preparation:
1 packet Klang Herbal Mix
1 kg meat (chicken, mutton or other) cut to preferred size
1500ml (6 rice bowls) water
3 bulb garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
Salt according to taste

Cooking Method:
1. Place 2 fliter bags (do not open bags) and garlic into boiling water for 30 minutes.
2. Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste.

Serves 4-6 persons.
Ingredients:Angelica Sinensis (40%), Polygonatun Odoratum (26%), Cinnamon Aromaticum (10%), Lycii Fructus, Pepper, Codonopsis Pilosulae, Glycyrrhizae Uralensis, Ligustici Wallichii.
