Description:Recipe (Serves 3-4): Meatballs

What you need:
1 packet of Lobo Meatball Seasoning Mix
1/2 kg lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp vegetable oil or butter

Cooking Directions:
(Prep time: about 20 min)
1. Mix together the beef, water and contents of this packet
2. Shape into walnut-sized balls or about 1 inch in diameter
3. Heat vegetable oil or butter in skillet and fry until brown on all sides or until cooked to your liking
4. Serve with spaghetti sauce over pasta or rice
