Description:So varied are the ways to prepare noodles, but the idea of cmothering noodles with a sauce heavily with the aromsa of seafood and garlic make our Palabok an altogether different gastronomic adventure.

1. Dissolve Mama Sita'sPalabok Miz in favoured liquid.

2. In a wok, saute garlic & smoked fish flakes in oil, then stir in dissolved Mama sita's Palabok Mix.

3. Bring to a boil, stirring till thick enough to coat the back of the spoon

4. Put rice noodles in serving platter & pour sauce over it. Garnish it with eggs, spring onions, shrimps, etc. Serve it with philippine lemon (calamansi) & fish sauce (patis).
Ingredients:Pancit palabok recipe: (Makes 6 servings)
1 pouch (57g) Mama sita's Garnish:
Oriental Gravy (Palabok) Mix 8 0z (227g) bihon (rice noodles) cooked as directed
2.5 cups (625mL) water or unsalted soup stock.
2 tbsp (30mL) cooking oil
1 tbsp (20g) minced garlic
0.25 cup (15g) tinapa (smoked fish) flakes
2 hard boiled eggs (peeled & quartered)
3 tbsp (45g) spring onions (chopped)
0.5 cup (100g) shrimps (boiled & peeled)
0.25 cup (15g) tinapa (smoked fish) flakes
1 tbsp (15g) fried garlic
0.5 cup (30g) crushed cracklings
0.5 cup (100g) squid (cooked and cut into rings)
