This is a favourite Thai barbecue recipe made for Thai commuters. The enticing aroma of the sizzling meat on the grill or skillet makes it very popular with the street vendors' customers.

Pepper And Garlic Chicken
Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken
2. Add contents of this packet. Sprinkle small amount of water. Soak and rub chicken
3. Marinate for 30 minutes
4. Heat a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cook the chicken until well done. Slice to small pieces

Honey Chicken
Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice 1/2 kg chicken into small strips
2. Soak chicken with contents of this packet together with 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey for 1 hour
3. After threading, grill or broil the chicken
