Spicy Flavour Seasoning For Crayfish

Cooking Instructions
1. Clean 1.5kg Crayfish with water. This product is also suitable for cooking shrimp, scallops, squid, crab etc.
2. Pour 100ml vegetable oil into the pot and heat. Add some shallot sections, ginger slices and garlic. After the spices smell is fried, add the washed crayfish and this product. stir more 1-3 minutes until the crayfish turn red.
3. Add 500ml water or beer and then heat to boil. Turn to the lower fire, simmer in a lid for 20-30 min until the soup is thick. Serve and enjoy.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
