1. Coat chicken evenly With Season 'n Fry
2. Deep-fry and cook until done.

Coats 1/2 to 3/4 kg meat.

For Crispier Chicken:
1. Dissolve Season 'n Fry mix in 1/3 cup cold water.
2. Dip chicken pieces in batter & deep fry in oil until golden brown.
