Description:Bai Jia Seasoning For Fragrant & Spicy Fish

1. Scale a freshwater fish about 1000g, take off its gill and bowl. Rinse and then cut into slices about 0.3cm/ Cut fish head and fish bones into cubes.
2. Add some seasoning powder and 20g cooking wine or 10g spirits, mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes for later use.
3. Heat about 70g edible oil, and add into the seasoning and stir fry until it gives off fragrance. Add about 700g water (use chicken soup or bone soup for better result), and heat it to boil.
4. Add the fish into pot, cook it through. Then add the celery slices or shallot slices, boil for a little moment, then take out and serve.

Storage: Keep in dry and cool places avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
