Description:Seasoning For Sichuan Dish - Pickled Cabbage Fish Flavour
Seasoning For Cooking

Cooking Instructions:
1. Scale and gut a fish of about 1500g, rinse and slice (or cut into cubes)
2. Marinade fish with 30g of cooking wine and the seasoning powder (in the sachet) for 10-15 minutes
3. Heat about 170g of oil in a pot, add in some ginger and garlic, then add the pickled vegetables (in the bag). Fry for a while, then add 1300g of water (use chicken soup or bone soup for better taste) in the pot. Put the fish bones and the fish head in the pot, boil for 3-5 minutes
4. Add the marinated fish and the soup base powder (in the sachet) in the pot, cook for several minutes. The dish is ready
