Description:Cooking instructions:
Prepare lean meat 100g, cut into pieces, mix with 6g cooking wine (or 3g white wine), 2g starch, marinate for 3-5 minutes, prepare 60g lettuce, 30g moisture shredded fungus. Put 40-60g edible oil in, heat to 80% done, put in shredded meat and stir-fry. Put in this seasoning and stir fry and mix evenly, add lettuce, shredded fungus, fry for 1-2 minutes. Ten take out for serving.
