Sauce Kit Contains:
Char Kway Teow paste
Sesame soya sauce oil
Chilli paste

Just Add:
540g Noodle
3 Eggs
30g Garlics
150g vegetable
Serves 3-4

Char Kway Teow
Sesame Soya Sauce Oil 1 pkt
Char Kway Teow Paste 1 pkt
Water 70ml

Vegetable oil 70ml
Chinese sausage (thin slices) 15g
Garlic (chopped) 30g
Kway teow (flat rice noodle) 390g
Hokkien noodle 150g
Chilli Paste 1 pkt
Bean sprouts 120g
Chye sim (green mustard leaves) 30g
Eggs (beaten) 3 nos

Optional Garnish:
Cockle juice, obtained from cockle shell 40ml
Cockle (shelled) 60g
Fish cake (julienne) 20g

To cook:
1. Heat wok on high heat till hot. Lower to medium high heat and add half portion of vegetable oil.
2. Add chinese sausage, garlic and stir-fry till very light golden brown.
3. Add kway teow and Hokkien noodle. Stir-fry with Sesame Soya Sauce Oil and desired amount of Chilli Paste till noddle is soft.
4. Add desired amount of bean sprouts and chye sim. Stir-fry till vegetables are half-cooked.
5. Add Char Kway Teow Paste and water. Mix well and stir-fry for a few secs.
7. Add optional garnish as desired. Stir-fry for a few sec.
8. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tip:
You may substitute fish cake with fish ball.
Hokkien noodle or kway teow may be substituted with spaghetti or linguini.

-Sweet Sauce [Sugar, Molasses, Water, Colour (Caramel -E150c), Permitted Preservative (Sodium Benzoate - E211)], Dark Soya Sauce (Extract of Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt, Sugar, Colour (Caramel - E150c), Flavour Enchaner (Monosodium Glutamate - E621), Salt, Sesame Oil.

Sesame Soya Sauce Oil (Heat Sterilised)
-Soya Sauce [Extract of Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt, Sugar. Colour (Caramel - E150c)], Water Sesame Oil, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate - E621).

Chilli Paste (Heat Sterilised)
-Chilli, Vegetable Oil (Pale Olein), Sugar, Onion, Shallot, Garlic, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Candlenut.
