Makes 1 Litre For 8 Servings

Preparation Instructions:
1. Saute garlic, onion and tomato in a pan
2. Add 500g of meat/fish to water and boil
3. Pour in contents of the packet
4. Add vegetables and simmer to cook on low heat

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
