Description:HDL Spicy Marinade Sauce

Cooking Instructions
1. Preparing raw materials: Wash 1500g of the ingredients, quickly boil and then remove from the water.
2. Cooking the ingredients: Add 250g of this packet and 1l of water in a pot; add some pieces of scallions, slices of ginger and chilli pepper to your taste. Once the water boils, add all ingredients.
3. Cooking ingredients to absorb flavour: After the ingredients are put into the pot, turn down to a low heat, and slowly stew for 20-25 mins. Turn off the heat and let the ingredients soak for 10 minutes (for better flavour). Then you can enjoy the dish.

Tips:
1. Suggested ingredients: Chicken wings, beef, pork belly, pork ribs, chicken legs, tripe, eggs, lotus root.
2. Adjust the length of blanching according to the nature of ingredients.
3. Add salt to your taste. Avoid the pot from drying out.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
