Description:Wang Shou Yi Steamed Bun & Dumplings Seasoning

Instructions for use: Used as seasoning for steamed bun and dumplings.

1. Place fresh chopped meat and vegetables into a pot. Add our seasoning (40g of seasoning can make 4-6kg of meat stuffing and 6-8kg of vegetable stuffing). Add salt and some sesame oil for extra flavour. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place mixture inside buns of dumplings and fold closed.

Store in cool and dry place, once opened keep in airtight container.
Ingredients:Star Anise, Galangal, Fennel, Orange Peel, Black Pepper, Licorice, Hawthorn, Cinnamon, Fructus Amomi, Clove, Muscade.
