This fermented chilli bean paste is used extensively in Korean cooking, and features in dishes such as bibimbap and jigae. Korean Gochujang paste, as used in Nigella Lawson's Korean Calamari.

Allergy Advice: Contains Soybean, Wheat.

Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
