Description:James Brown & Co Unflavoured Edible Gelatine

Directions: It can act as a stabiliser, thickener, water binder and gelling agent, in a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.

For a firm gel: Sprinkle 13g gelatine to 65ml cold water & allow to stand for 30 mins until all water is absorbed. Top up with 120ml hot water, stirring to dissolve then refrigerate until set.

Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions, away from direct sunlight seal lid tightly after opening.
