Description:Kanetora Hondashi Dashi Powder

Instruction for use: Used in soup or hot pot to enhance flavour.
Recommended usage:
Miso Soup 600ml (4 servings) 1 tsp
Noodle Soup 800ml (4 servings) 2 tsp
Vegetable Soup 600ml (4 servings) 1 tsp
Hot Pot 1000ml-1200ml 1 tsp

Store in cool and dry place, once opened in airtight container and use within 6 weeks.
Ingredients:Salt, Glucose, Bonito Powder, Yeast, Dextrin, Water, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635).
