Description:Penang Assam Laksa Paste
Hot & Soup fish soup for Noodles

Cooking Instructions:
Using fresh fish is ideal. Canned makerel can also be used in place of fresh fish. When using fresh fish, boil and debone fish. Top up fish stock to 1 litre and add paste to make into Assam Laksa soup, Open a 400g can of pineapple and add pineapple juice to soup and bring to boil. Use cooked thick rice noodle topped with fresh mint, cucumber, lettuce, pineapple and cooked fish meat or canned makerel.
Add in Assam Laksa soup and serve.
Option: Assam Laksa Paste can be used to cook Purut Ikan.

Storage Condition: Store any unused portions in refrigerator.
