Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder is made with mushrooms to bring an umami boost in cooking. Ideal to use in stock, casseroles or even sprinkle directly into stir fry as seasoning. Also great to dilute 1 tsp with 350ml water to make a clear soup base or stock for cooking risottos etc.
