Description:Aroy-D Tom Yum Paste

Recipe: (For 2-3 Persons)
1. Boil 2 cups (440g) of water, when it is boiled put 2 ¾ tablspoons (50g) of curry paste.
2. Put ¼ cup (15g) of galangal, ½ (30g) of lemongrass and ¾ cup (50g) of mushrooms, then keep boiling.
3. Wait until it is boiled just put 1 cup (200g) of shrimps or your favourite meat (turn off the heat when it is boiled).
4. Pour ½ tablespoon (7.5g) of fish sauce and ½ tablespoon (7.5g) of lime juice or as preferred.
5. Before serving just put 2-3 leaves of kaffir line leaves and some well cut coriander leaves.

Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Ingredients:Lemongrass (24%), Fully Refined Soybean Oil, Shallot, Sugar, Tamarind Paste, Dried Red Chilli, Galangal, Garlic, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid (E330), Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Water), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Shrimp Powder, Kaffir Lime Peel.
