Description:Shanggie Wonton Soup Base Mix
5 packets

For soup stock 1 packet : 3 cups of boiling water
For frying with rice, rice noodles, vegetables and all kinds of meat.

Wonton Soup
Pour 3 cups (675 ml) water into the pot, heat until boiling.
Add 1 packet (9g) Wonton Soup Base Mix, stir together.
Add 10 dumpling wontons, return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add 1/2 cup Chinese mustard green (cut into 1 inch length), stir together.
Pour into a bowl, serve while hot. Makes 2 servings.

Shrimp Fried Rice
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium flame.
Add 1/2 cup (80g) peeled de-veined shrimp and 1 packet (9g) Wonton Soup Base Mix, stir together and fry until fully cooked.
Add 3 cups (300g) cooked and cooled rice, stir and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil in pan, add 2 beaten eggs and quickly scramble.
Add rice, 1/4 cup boiled carrot (finely diced), 2 tbsp chopped onion and 1/2 cup large green sweet pepper (cut into 1 x 2 cm), mix well and serve. Makes 2 servings.
