Description:Rajah Citric Acid

Bangra Masala (Spiced Fish) (Serves 2):
1. Take 650g of cod and make 1 cm deep gashes in several places. Blend 1 level tbsp of Rajah Citric Acid with 1 tsp of salt and 3 tbsp of water and rub all over the fish
2. Drain off any excess liquid. Heat 5 tbsp of oil and fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side until crisp on the outside. Ensure fully cooked before serving

For use in food: 5g citric acid equals 80 ml (approx. 7 tbsp) lemon juice

Allergen Information: Packed in a factory which also handles wheat, celery, mustard and sulphur dioxide.

Store in a cool dry place. We recommend that this product be put into an airtight container as soon as the packet is opened.
