Description:Rajah Meat Tenderiser Powder

Meat Tenderiser contains Papain from the Papaya fruit which naturally aids the tenderisation of meats helping to create more delicious tasting delicious.

Jeera Lamb Recipe (Serves 4):
1. Cut 500 of stewing lamb into 2 cm cubes. Blend 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp Rajah Meat Tenderiser and 1 tbsp ginger powder. Marinate lamb for 2 hours
2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable ghee and fry 1 large chopped onion until soft. Add the lamb, 6 whole cardamoms, 250 ml yoghurt, 100 ml water and 1 tsp salt. Simmer for 40 minutes over low heat until sauce thickens. Ensure fully cooked before serving

Allergen Information: Packed in a factory which also handles wheat, celery, mustard and sulphur dioxide.

Store in a cool dry place. On opening store in an airtight container. Use sparingly as part of a sauce or marinade or alternatively sprinkle a small amount directly onto meat.
