Soybean Curd for cold dishes
Place soybean curd into warm water to make it soft.
Move the soybean curd into boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then strain the water out.
Add ginger, shallot, garlic, chilli oil, salt with the soybean curd and stir well.
Place it into refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Hot Pot Cooking
Add soybean curd into all kinds of hot pot cooking - delicious and healthy.

Stir fry
Place soybean curd into warm water to make it soft and then strain the water out.
Stir fry the soybean curd with sliced pork, fungus, mushroom, celery and minced garlic then add seasoning sauce of your choice.
Alternative you can use your choice of sliced meat and or vegetables to suit your tastebuds.

Cooking Tip
When you soften the soybean curd it is easier to mix it withy your choice of meats and veggies.
